2-Hour Limit

Most spaces have a 2-hour maximum. For all-day attendance, move your vehicle or use garage parking.

  2. Enter your license plate and select time
  3. Minimum charge: $2 (Midtown area)
  4. Payments via credit/debit card (small transaction fees apply)
  5. Extend your session through the app when time is about to expire

Pro Tip: The app will alert you when your time is about to expire, allowing you to extend without returning to your vehicle.

Extending Time: With ParkMobile/Text-To-Pay, you can extend your session in 1-hour increments, up to the posted time limit, without returning to your car.

Other Parking Options

Broad Street Market Lot (N 3rd & Verbeke St)

  • Location: About 1.5 blocks north of the venue
  • Cost: Generally free, especially evenings
  • Availability: Not guaranteed for daytime event hours—can fill quickly
  • Restrictions: May be restricted for market/customer/resident use at times

River Street Garage / Locust Street Garage

  • Location: 7–12 minute walk from venue
  • Cost: Approximately $10+ per day
  • Benefits: All-day paid parking without 2-hour limits
  • Best for: All-day attendees without concern for moving vehicles

Residential Permit Zones

Some side streets have parking reserved for residents with permits. Event guests risk fines if parked in these zones during permit hours. Always check curb signs carefully.
